Making actors unselectable in the stagebuilder
When editing a scene in the Stagebuilder, it can be helpful to prevent certain actors from being accidentally selected or moved. You can do this by locking the actor.
Locking an actor:
- Makes it unselectable in the Stagebuilder editor.
- Has no effect on how it appears or behaves in the Stage itself.
This is especially useful for background or environment assets that you want to keep in place. For example, if you have a large environment model as part of your scene, you can lock it so you donโt accidentally select it while working on other elements.
Tip: You can unlock the actor at any time if you need to make changes.
