We started Dexr to make an impact on education with the emerging technologies we saw around us, and after a few years of building, it's culminated in you being here and trying to build something yourself! <blockquote><p><span style="color:hsl(210,75%,60%);"><strong>Find an overview of questions on the righ hand side --&gt;</strong></span></p></blockquote><h4>&nbsp;</h4><h4>The level takes a long time to load</h4><p>We aim to have our template level sizes under 200Mb total. This is a balance act between lifelike quality versus speed. Depending on your internet connection it could take a little longer sometimes, let's say you have &amp; 10Mb download speed that means it would take<i> at least </i>20 seconds to load the level. But that should only be the first time for each level. Dexr caches the downloaded data in your browser or VR headset so it should load much faster the second time.</p><p><span style="color:hsl(30,75%,60%);">If your loading time is running above 5 minutes, something is probably wrong and you should reach out for support.</span></p><p><i>note: We limit the filesize of the assets you upload as well via the Blender Addon, but if you push this to the maximum and add lots of these objects to your scenes, the loading times will of course go up!</i></p><h4>Can I add sounds?</h4><p>Not yet, coming to a release soon we hope.</p><h4>Can I show a video?</h4><p>Not yet, coming to a release soon we hope.</p><h4>I uploaded wrong assets, how do I delete them?</h4><p>That's not possible for now. We aim to keep your created lessons stable and deleting assets might break previously created lessons. Untill we make sure deleting assets aren't going to cause any issues at all, we'd rather you don't delete.</p><h4>I can't upload my assets / My assets are missing / ....</h4><p>See <a href="https://dexr.productfruits.help/en/article/troubleshooting-assets">Asset troubleshooting</a></p><h4>Can I create my own environment?</h4><p>You can upload the 3d assets for the environment and place them as assets in your level.<br>Adding them as an actual environment is not yet possible.</p>
